Goods Received - Sort

Where goods are received on PDAs and then the batches are loaded into Micronet via Data.Connect, this option sorts the lines in a batch to show any discrepancies between the receipt amount and the scanned amount.

 

Technical Tip

This option only applies if you use PDAs to receive goods – see "Mobile Goods Receipt - PDA Procedures" in the Micronet Mobile Applications manual.

In addition, the Update Scanned Qty field on the Warehouse File Update screen - PDA Users tab must be set to Yes – see "File - Warehouse - PDA Users (v2.8)".
  1. Load the goods received batch from the PDA.

Refer to "Recalling a Goods Received Batch".

  1. Select SORT.

Micronet sorts all the lines in the batch so they are displayed from the largest to the smallest discrepancy between the quantity received and the quantity scanned.

 

Technical Tip

You need to add the PRL_PDASCANNED field to the list box at the bottom of the Goods Received screen to compare the quantities.
